He has taken on many different roles, starting as a Load Planner/Dispatcher, then Sales and now Management. Teamwork has always been important in his work life as well as in his free time. He has run a team and played in an organized men's flag football league for 23 years. Cindy Ault - working remotely 613-340-1241HR / Safety & Compliance Manager / Maintenance Co-Ordinator Cindy is one of the first to arrive to lead the charge each day. She is a wealth of knowledge and the go-to for all hiring, personnel & group benefit issues. Cindy oversees all maintenance, safety, security, border & compliance issues. Carol CorryOffice & Accounting Assistant Carol is a highly versatile team member who has worn many hats during her tenure at KBD. Carol currently operates as a part-time casual worker from home, using her knowledge and experience to perform administrative and accounting tasks, and steps in to cover Dispatch as needed. ANGIE FAHRNGRUBER, X110Accounting & Analyst Assistant Angie started out as a dispatcher and is currently assisting with payroll, accounting, and analysis. She continues to step into the dispatching roll as needed. Angie is the in-house expert when it comes to ACE and ACI border crossing paperwork. MEGHAN LAMING, X139Dispatch Co-Ordinator & Load Procurement Meg, who holds a Custom & Border Services diploma from Loyalist College, takes care of all the planning for KBD's drivers as well as securing loads. Meg is the resident ELD expert, and regularly assists drivers with their technical needs. Marissa Swerdfeger x106Accounting, Administration & Finance Manager Marissa holds an Honours Accounting designation from Algonquin College. For over 20 years now, Marissa has managed all accounting and finance issues, licensing and authorities, and oversees the office & admin. staff. CHANTAL OUELLETTEAccounts Receivable & Credit Manager Chantal, who can switch effortlessly between English and French, works remotely Monday and Tuesday full days, as well as Thursday mornings. Chantal oversees and manages all billings and customer credits, following up with drivers and customers to ensure the operations' efficiency and success. Stephanie is dispatching a fleet of 15-20 trucks daily, arranging border crossings, and providing the support her drivers need to make their day a success. He spent a few years travelling with his wife, Julie, before pursuing his AZ / Heavy Equipment license. In his free time, Stephen enjoys camping, boating, and mastering his smoker BBQ. Alex JutrasAlex has a career in a truck seat as a shunter, however, he finds the best seat is in his own house, spending time with his wife and children! He loves being a Dad! His secondary interest is that of drumming with the Smith Falls Pipe Band; taking on the additional role as Drum Instructor! Alex is always willing to help out, filling in for his fellow employees when they need a break away - he is a very dedicated, company oriented employee.
